    SOTS PS4 Starter Pack

This pack has walk ups, reliever entrances and stadium sounds for every team. It was a group effort with the majority of work done by lowlighthabit and myself with some help from contributors. The awesome blue jays pack is by Willard76. PhilliesFan13 helped with Philadelphia.

I compiled the tracks exactly how they were done on PS3 using the same template DJWill came up with so fingers crossed that when they said it's the same system as PS3 that they didn't lie lol.

I managed to wrangle the game early and after extensive testing there are some things that need to be tweaked and fixed volumes in particular now that I have heard them in game. luckily they are easy so I've removed the links and will add them as I finish the fixes and I have no doubt that I'll have them done by Monday at midnight eastern.

    Here's instructions.

On your CPU desktop right click and select new folder.
    Rename that MUSIC
Take all the mp3 files you want to put in game (they have to be mp3s. Your ps4 will explode if they aren't) and drag them into the folder you named MUSIC. No sub folders just mp3 files.
    Plug in usb
Drag the folder you named MUSIC into your USB
Disconnect USB and plug it into ps4
    Start MLB the show 16
Find menu sounds of the show
Bottom right corner select manage music files.
    Select import music
    Wait for songs to upload.

How to add songs to play in the menus:
Select playlist Creator in the top middle
The songs you uploaded are on the left. Hit dpad right and make sure it says jukebox additions l2 r2
Click dpad left to your songs you uploaded and find the songs you want to play in the menu. Click on them and they will add into window on right
Thats it they will now play randomly in the menus.

How to add player songs, team sounds:
    Go to playlist Creator
    Right on dpad
Hit r2 it should now say in game music cues
Hit dpad left and find the songs you want to add to each event or player. Click on them and they will be added to the right window.
You now have to add cues.
    Go to music editor.
If you have files that you've downloaded from this site chances are each file has three songs on them so you have to set cues.
Lets say the music file you uploaded was called TOR Bautista, Donaldson, pillar. That means that file has all 3 players walk up music on the 1 file.
So select that and you would see green squiggly lines cut into three.
    Hit dpad right
Mark1 which is red would be your first cue and in our example would be bautistas music. Chances are you can leave it because it's first but you can move the start point with l2 r2.once you have that set hit dpad down to mark 2 the green one. That will be Donaldson's music. You want to move the green line with r2 or l2 to match were you want Donaldson's music to start. It should be where the green squiggly lines start in the middle. Once you've got Donaldson's start point set dpad down to mark 3 the blue line and use r2 to set pillars music.
Once you've done that for every file you can assign them.

    Assigning player music
Select assign player audio bottom middle
R2 or l2 to the team down. For our example find toronto
Scroll down and find player. So for our example find bautista.
    Click on the player.
    Choose edit player
For batters select walk up music 1. Click
Scroll through the files till you find the track, again with our example, TOR Bautista, donaldson, pillar and click on it
A little menu asking which mark you want pops up and select. For our example bautista is mark 1.
Make sure you press start to save and exit out of the player edit.
you can have 3 different batter walk ups. Thw game chooses randomly which to play.
Same applies to pitcher relief entrance music. Follow same steps but obviously pick relief entry music 1 or 2 or 3 in the edit player section.

    Assign team audio:
Same steps just go to assign team audio instead of assign player audio in main sounds of the show menu.
Biggest difference is in the team audio section you can select if the audio you assign has stadium or broadcast effect added to it with the triangle button. Stadium adds reverb(stadium echo) to make it sound like it's being played in a huge stadium.

All files Were updated march 25th, 2016

If you downloaded the old packs I strongly suggest turfing them and starting fresh with the fixed files.

    Download Instructions:
The Google drive links are easy just click on link then click on download.

STADIUM SOUNDS Don't try and use all the files in the Stadium Sounds and the team packs. It's too many files. You have to be selective with the Stadium files because you can't load more than 511 files into the game.

    Re: SOTS PS4 Starter Pack

I've pretty well scrapped the idea of reorganizing old packs and am just making them all from scratch using MLB.com and Google as a reference. In theory that means walk up music should mostly be from last year.
    Finished 3 teams tonight.

      Update.
Decided to redo the Yankees after reading HarlemYankees thread. So with that being redone these packs are going to be 100 percent my work. I won't be using any songs from old packs.
Thanks to HarlemYankee for the list.

lowlighthabit has joined forces so we definetly have this done by game drop. I think he has a handle on stadium sounds too so we should be able to have a complete sound pack to release.

Working on uploading Nationals, Rangers, Giants (Mariners and Cardinals tomorrow), as well as the AL East extras like HR, RBI, Pre-Game, Yankees Roll Call, etc. As soon as they all uploaded, I will post the links up here.

I believe we are both using from various sources. The MLB site as well as team pages and any posts we can scrounge info from here and elsewhere. It may or may not be accurate at the start of the season, but these packs will be a great starting point for the players who want to play the game immediately and not be stuck with the generic in game music until the actual season starts and the more accurate walkups becomes available.

We are using the newest info available. Reality is though that the sources are from last year. DJWill is known as the sound pack guru around these parts and hes confirmed i beieve that he will be making a pack with this years up to date music once teams actually play and people report what guys are using. Because it will take time that pack probably won't be done till a couple weeks or longer after game launch. lowlighthabit and myself just want stuff good to go for launch hence using last years songs. I'm not really a stickler for complete up to date songs because in reality I have no idea what songs people actually use. I live a loooooonnnng way from any real ballbark. I generally try to have all the latest for the jays because they are my team but the others I don't really mind being a year behind.

                      Basically my process.
Look up the teams depth chart on MLB.com and write everyone down.
Go to MLB.com music and compare who they have with my depth chart list. A lot of guys are on the wrong team in that MLB music list.
I then compile all the music for the guys that are right on the MLB. Com music site.
For missing players I then try Googling their name with walk up music and see what I find.
Then as a last resort I check mlbplatemusic website but it seems to be the most out of date.
                      Then I make the packs.

Finished the Athletics, Phillies, and Pirates. Cujomatty is verifying the files and they should be up soon. Currently working on Brewers, Twins, and Mets. All 3 should be ready in a day or two. Cujomatty will verify them as well before posting.
I'm also working on in-stadium effects like event specific music, general p.a. music, organs, whistles, vendors, and chants. I think Skyboxer made them originally, I'm just making them more MLB16 friendly. These will be perfect for those that don't want team specific sounds or for filler wherever a team is missing something.
