I like the full experience so I try to put in as many songs as possible...maybe choose between pitcher walk ups and pitcher entry. I tried to be careful with this last year and surprisingly didn't run out of in game music space (did run out of cheers). I am confused as to how many songs (groups of 1-3) can be imported v. actually placed in music editor. Is there a difference?

Re: Lowlighthabit & CujoMatty's featuring BU1B22 2019 SOTS Regular Season Packs
Here’s what I do.
Lowlight had put in a bunch of duplicate chants and jeers and to be honest a lot of the others I’m not a fan of how they sound. So any of the team specific chants I import and then any of the plane, ambulance, police, fire truck, helicopter, sounds I also import. Then I get choosy with the vendor and jeers and only import the ones that sound good. That fills up my chants and yells section.
So actually assigning:
The chants cheer and chants jeers slots don’t overlap with included game sounds so on the chants cheers is where I put the team specific chants. In the chant jeers I put 3 other blue jays sounds for all the other teams(not blue jays) so the chant cheers play when the blue jays are at home and at bat and the chant jeers play when the visiting team is up to bat. I only ever play as the Blue Jays so this only works if you only play as one team.
In the yell cheer I do 2 things. If the team is a dome or has a retractable roof I put 3 random vendor sounds. If it’s open air I put 3 of the ambient police, ambulance, fire truck, airplane, helicopter sounds. In the yell jeer slots I pick 3 random jeers. I then assign random vendors and jeers to each individual player.
For inning music I do the 3 themes different. Mlb network I leave at default. For theme 1 I put the Rogers sports net theme for all the mid innings and then the inning music for end innings included in the packs. Then on them 2 I switch. So mid inning music included in packs in the mid inning slots and the Rogers Sportsnet for the end of inning slots.
Obviously I fill all the other spots I can, strikeout, RBI etc with music included in packs.
I finished this all last night and all together it was exactly 800 files. I believe you are allowed 1600 files so that leaves 800 for player music. Even if every teams player music was 25(most teams are around 15 files) that would still leave 50 songs for menu music.2016 NLL Champion Saskatchewan Rush

Re: Lowlighthabit & CujoMatty's featuring BU1B22 2019 SOTS Regular Season Packs
I'm always a huge fan of Sounds of The Show. And kudos to the creators here. Awesome stuff. I make my own songs every now and again but I'm curious and I'm sure this has probably been asked before, but is there a total limit to the number of songs that can be added?
I always do the Cubs, obviously, but I'm thinking about adding the other teams this year as my season goes along.Comment

Re: Lowlighthabit & CujoMatty's featuring BU1B22 2019 SOTS Regular Season Packs
Thanks...this is very helpful. I tend to import all the songs, etc in the link and then assign the sounds I want to use for that team. Does it count against the 1600 if I import a song but don't assign it? In other words, should I only import the songs/sounds I am actually going to use or is it ok to just import them all?2016 NLL Champion Saskatchewan Rush

Is there a way to upload my own music library into the show and then edit down to add to SOS?

Re: Lowlighthabit & CujoMatty's featuring BU1B22 2019 SOTS Regular Season Packs
Also as a FYI
I got messaged about “an easier way” to assign the 3 cues for each track. I replied back that I didn’t know of one. Until today.....
I went to a family event and during down time I connected to remote play from my iPhone. Using the on screen controls to set the cues was way easier than using a dual shock controller. When pressing the on screen R2 “button” the cue jumps ahead in small increments and because of the timing we use in making the packs I was able to fly through setting the cues. It’s hard to describe. You have to try it to see what I’m talking about.2016 NLL Champion Saskatchewan Rush
