I experienced this on a minor level, with some issues importing. But, as you noted, I also had the quantity of files decrease each time (and it only happened once or twice). After clicking Import again 2x, I ultimately got all of the files into the game for the particular team. I did find that Importing one team at a time stabilized the process (it also makes it much easier, in my opinion, to edit and assign, with the files you're using being the last few pages instead of scattered throughout), but it sounds like you already went that route as well. I wish I could be more help. Hopefully someone else has some answers, but I figured it worth mentioning that you were not alone in coming across some errors in the import process. Good luck.

Nothing at all against the OPs because clearly enough of you got it right so I know this isn't on them, but it is unfortunate that the game seems allergic to doing this for me at all.Comment

No misery definitely loves company here and I appreciate you chiming in, it's good to know I'm not just an idiot and this is exclusive to me. I bought a new drive, didn't work, and I'll keep plugging but this is becoming a time suck so I'll only give it a few more chances before I move on.

MUSIC folder, recognizes the files, tries to input them but fails. This would be a first time I have heard someone can't get the files in.
Heck, try formatting to FAT32 and see if that helps. If you are doing a team at a time or a few teams, should have plenty of space.
Keep trying though, you will appreciate the effort that much more. They add SO MUCH to the game.Last edited by lowlighthabit; 04-20-2020, 11:08 PM.Comment

Gonna sound like a stupid question... do you have space on the hard drive? Are you running full capacity? If you are good there, try a different team. You can also download the Mets again and check. If they are all playing in your media player, than they are not corrupt. Plus, I know they are not corrupt since I put them their.Sounds like you are doing everything right though. I work outside the house from 5-9 and then I'm inside the entire rest of the day so I've literally got all the time in the world to keep playing with this. So sure, I'll give the FAT32 formatting a try (haven't done that yet). I also did try more than just the Mets through this, they just got the most attention so far.
Thanks for your kind and helpful reply, I really tried not to be too whiny or redundant because it's also clear to me, based on other people succeeding, that the problem isn't on you all, so I appreciate the time. Will update if there's good news.Comment

Re: Lowlighthabit & BU1B22 2020 SOTS Packs
Sorry guys, I'm sure this has been asked a ton, but I could not find it searching through the forum. I'm brand new to MLBTS and absolutely LOVE the SOTS you put together. Thanks for all the hard work.
Are there any tutorials about inserting these into the game? I know how to import the music, and I've realized that many of the audio files have multiple sounds to use, but I'm having trouble because there are some options of the SOTS that I'm not finding in the audio files - ex. Diamondback - can't find hit sounds in the 20 packs.
Are these labeled a certain way with the abbreviations that would help? Does each team have a sound for every option in these packs or are some options left blank in the team audio?
Just looking for a tutorial on how to add these correct to one team that I could use for the rest.
THANKYOU!!Comment

Certain types of sounds are missing from certain teams in the 20 packs so you need to get the 19 packs too and see if they are there. They are there for some things and for some things they are simply missing altogether.YouTube: MLB The Show 21 Atlanta Braves FranchiseComment

Re: Lowlighthabit & BU1B22 2020 SOTS Packs
Hey guys thanks for all that you do, you’re truly making this amazing game the most realistic game out there!
Question for you all...
Why is it that when I have a walk-off win, some generic music plays? For example, in my Cubs chise, I have “Go Cubs Go” as the win song, but in my dramatic 10th inning walk off @ Wrigley yesterday, some generic music played when the winning run scored.
Is there a way to set “walk off music” or anything like that? Or is this something we have to deal with?
Thanks in advance and I hope all of you are doing as well as possible amidst these crazy times

I made sure of it! It plays everytime I win a game in 9 innings, no problem there! I believe this was the case last game too, but are you sure the win songs play for walk offs in games that you have had??
