Some players I have noticed Matty will say their full name but the PA announcer just says their number, any way to fix that?

no way to fix it that is just SDS forgetting to put audio over the announcer. hoping this year the announcer says the 1600 new player names for minros too

Okay thanks, not a big deal really just was curious if there was a quick fix.

This is REALLY annoying. I like to change the audio settings and listen to the PA. No reason at all for him to not say players like Eloy Jimenez or Ramon Laureano. Amazing game this year but The Show used to be known for the little things so it's disappointing this is an issue again.

Yup, those are some things I just don’t get about SDS. They could probably fix some of these things with a patch or roster update witch they should do. Even since spring training and the baseball season is being delayed I think it’s even more of a reason for SDS to update and fix some of this stuff because more people are going to be playing this game now after it’s release. Has to be a way to let them know that the little things matter.

They watch these forums. I have been in contact with someone at SDS since a few years back. How I got invited to the Beta's for the last few seasons.

I don't know if it's a legal issue or not but since they can include MiLB polayers i don't see why names can't be added in. I am pretty sure EVERYONE who plays The Show wouldn't mind an extra GB to include every name out there now currently in the minors/majors.

Next year should be a huge boost in revenue for them with the game coming to all consoles (and hopefully PC). Extra money could be used to bring the voiceover guys back in to record the missing players.
