Screen resolution issues on tablets

I purchased this game already, but I am really only interested in playing it with a tablet/laptop that I haven't bought yet.... Most likely a surface pro 4. I've read about screen resolution issues and haven't really found a definitive answer as to how ootp17 works with a surface pro 4. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
