    Does any game do this?
Wait... if you can play in a league with others in OOTP, what happens when you meet a fellow league member in your schedule?

Yes, navigating the interface was the biggest issue for me when I started and it can be overwhelming at times... because there is so much stuff to tweak and edit even before you get to a season, it inevitably leads to a ton of different option screens to get lost in. It's certainly not easy making an interface that meets the needs of hardcore, tweak everything simheads as well as something that can be quickly and easily digested by a casual gamer who might only want to manage the Dodgers for a season or two.

All online leagues are simulated games.

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
