Available teams are as follows: Tampa Bay Rays (40-35), Leading AL East The Rays lost 103 games last year and made two top 10 picks. The team has the pieces for a playoff run, they were just mismanaged last year. #2 Ranked Farm System #28 Budget Team has zero long term contracts, so despite small budget, plenty of available funds. Team is young and ready for a run of success. Los Angeles Angels (25-50), 4th in NL West Angels were the Wild Card winner in 2027 but this year they have flopped badly. With their giant budget and $70m coming off the books after this season, may be a good chance to capitalize on that by getting a great draft pick and yet still being competitive next year. #15 Ranked Farm System #2 Ranked Budget Arizona Diamondbacks (31-47), 5th in NL West Arizona is the only team in the history of CLB to have zero postseason appearances. Last GM sold off his remaining MLB Caliber talent for a collection of minor leaguers so you have a base to work off. Take over and make your mark on the Arizona record books. #5 Ranked Farm System #29 Ranked Budget Seattle Mariners (39-40); 3rd in NL West Seattle has two of the top young pitchers in baseball in Kolya Danilchuk and Jose Nunez.
