So what's better on PSP......MVP or MLB?

Woo-hoo my wife scored me a PSP for my B-day........I picked up MVP. Seems cool but how is MLB? Did I get the right game? What else is cool on this sweet little handheld?

I've had both and let me tell you. Trade MVP. MLB is MUCH BETTER.

I have been playing MLB, and have been generally impressed with it, but, I thought I would give MVP a try. MVP is just not a quality game. The game stutters in its transitions from overlays to in-game action, and - this even extends to action on the field sometimes (like when you try to toss a ball to the pitcher covering). The player models have a grotesque look to them (like they were made by a neo-impressionist artist), and the whole game stutters regularly.

MLB, on the other hand, is very smooth, and it transitions from overlays to gameplay very smoothly. It literally feels like you are playing a televised baseball broadcast. MVP, on the other hand, feels like you are playing a video game that is trying to do too much - and is plagued by slowdown and choppy animations.

I heard that MLB does not have a create a player mode. Is this true. I have MVP and I am enjoying it. I created an All time Redsoxs team. I am willing to try MLB (Blockbuster rents PSP games now) but not having and create a player mode will kind of kill it for me.

I was lucky. I bought MLB used so I they said I could return it if I didn't like it. And thank god cuz three days later I did. I couldn't wait to play MVP on the Xbox again.

I've heard that MVP on the PSP is brutal so I'm not even gonna bother. Maybe Madden will be cool. All I know is that the PSP needs some good games quick cuz it's pretty barren our there right now.
