I did the Yankees and Mets so far. Mets were short 2 more players even after creating Wright and Reyes so I placed retired players or no longer active players (in the minors or majors) on their 5 man minor list to fill out the roster. For the Yankees I created Matsui and Cano the rest of the team was all there. As long as the 25 man roster is accurate I could care less who I stuff on the 5 man inactive roster. What's great is you don't have to control all the teams to keep control of the rosters, which I like.

Re: ASB2k5 Xbox Roster update
jim --- I can't seem to incorporate your franchise/roster into the game. I can see it in my memory option from my main Xbox menu, but there is no option to copy it to my hard drive....only delete it. So the file is there on my mem card, just can't do anything with it. Is there an option in game on one of the screen, because I hunted around and so no recourse there either.
NM...I'm a moron...wasn't on the right icon in the mem copy screen. Thx for all of your hard work.Last edited by daflyboys; 08-21-2005, 12:28 AM.Comment

Re: ASB2k5 Xbox Roster update
You should see two icons. One is the Action Replay card and the other the XBOX. If I remember you click on the Action Replay icon and it will then ask you if you want to COPY. I'll check exactly after I wake up. Oh, I believe when you highlight the AR you will see something like ASB, move to the right and highlight the save file.Comment

Re: ASB2k5 Xbox Roster update
Ya, that's why I edited my message. So with these rosters you can only play as the Washington team I take it. And the other suggestions you made had to do with editing other teams if you want to control them in another season/franchise? Sounds a little like ID2004.Comment

Re: ASB2k5 Xbox Roster update
Jim, I am now 47 games into my franchise season having played around 42 of them.
I am 32-15....am really on a roll lately.
I bumped up the dificulty to Hall of Fame.
I went back to 2D cursor as 3D gave me way to many extra base hits.
Any suggestions for K'ing the CPU?, I avergae around 2-3 a game.
Also, where can I check out the coaches calendar for the amatuer draft?....I can't seem to find it.
Awesome job, keep up the great work!teaching.............still fun
video games........I wish my boys would let me play
watching Tottenham vs. Liverpool at White Hart Lane............2004 was a long time agoComment

Originally posted by daflyboysCan you roster edit any and all teams prior to taking it into the season (i.e., more than one)? If so, then it's exactly like ID 04.Comment
