An All-Star Baseball 2005 question ***IMPORTANT***

I'm thinking about making game saves with up-to-date rosters. I was wondering if anyone would go back to All-Star Baseball 2005 if the rosters were current and up-to-date. I already asked this about High Heat but I'm also trying to get a consensus going so I know what people want.

I've seen quite a few people (especially on OS) say that they love ASB2005. There are a lot of people who arent satisfied with the 2k series, the MLB06 series, and the new MVP NCAA game.

So would anybody go back to playing All-Star Baseball 2005, if I made extremely accurate rosters that reflect the current day situation???? I would be really meticulous about it too. I would have all the prospects, rookies, scab players that arent in any MLB game, Barry Bonds, etc....all with accurate attributes.

    Any input would be appreciated.

BTW, I want to make it clear that I'm only talking about the PS2.

One thing about the PS2 game (I'm pretty sure on this) is there's away to save the default rosters before you start your franchise as opposed to the XBOX version where you can't. There's a trick to it, but I'm not sure what it is.

Although HH is a great game (I saw your other message), I'd be more interested in seeing up to date rosters for ASB, mainly due to the manage only options and very deep franchise options. Hope you go through with the work!

Yeah...after posting this on other forums and reading what people have been saying, I'm definitely leaning more towards ASB2005. If I get a few more people to say that they'll download my game save (I'm going to make X-port, Codebreaker, and Max Drive saves) then I'll pull out all the stops to make them the best, up-to-date rosters out there....FOR ANY GAME.

Getting more positive feedback from you guys will make my job easier because I dont want to go through all the work just for a minimal amount of people.

I'd trade my XBOX game and buy the PS2 version if you can come up with an updated default roster.
