If Alabama were to win the super regional, we'd be re-seeded as the #3 seed in Omaha. I think that's how they do it anyways..not sure..

I wasn't aware that teams were reseeded when they reached the CWS.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Of course I'm biased, but I gotta like Carolina's chances with Miller, Woodard and Bard starting the three games. That 1st game between Miller and LeBlanc should be a good one.Comment

Apparently they dont...for some reason I thought they did...but check this out...if Ole Miss beats Miami 2 out of 3, they won't face a national seed until their 2nd game in Omaha(if they make it that far).

Re: College World Series Thread
It's about time an ACC school breaks through and finally wins the whole thing. Miami is a bit of a surprise, but the other 3 have been near the top of the nation all season, so hopefully this is the year.
Of course, Carolina would be my first choice.Comment

Re: College World Series Thread
New blood in Omaha this year. Only one team (Oregon State) that made it last year is still left. I hope the Beavers can get back again this year. All they have to do is beat Stanford, who they swept in a 3 game series earlier this year, allowing only 1 run and 7 hits in the entire 3 games combined.Comment
