I just picked up a copy of the PS2 game for $9.99 and was going to do a roster update and his file would certainly help. Anybody got any info on that?

Who was the guy?....
Some time ago there was a guy who posted a roster for the PS2 ASB 05 game. He was able to somehow get into the console, extra the roster file and update it. Does anyone remember that?

Re: Who was the guy?....
Well, after editing the attributes and some other stuff, I love it. Out of the box, it needs work. My buddy actually picked up the game because he has the PS2. It doesn't look quite a nice as the XBOX (which I have), a little grainy, but everything else seems to be the same.
I'm going to slowly work on a roster for this one and post it.Comment

Jim...
I've been working on a new roster for ASB05 since you "resurrected" the thread and game....
While it's a bit of a pain(having to write down the head # stance and pitches of a player before you edit him and the guy you're editing him into) the thing that gets me the most is not being able to get the game to move the guys into the correct lineup spots. There is no rhyme or reason to it otherwise it would be viable to "trick" the CPU into moving guys into the right spots in the order. SO...it looks like if you want true to life lineups...you're going to have to control all the teams.
