No - that's the problem. I'd venture to say "Mono-like swish sounds", "hissing" "the stands not looking right" and "terrible looking field markers" have nothing to do with gameplay.

It's funny, all of your biggest complaints - visual that have NOTHING to do with how the game plays - were the top priority this season.

You ask why we think they have improved. Have you seen the screen shots? You can see the visual improvements.

High Heat on the PC is ugly as sin. But I nver had breaking pitches look choppy, or some of the other problems you have mentioned. Complaining about the field markers? Puh-lease. Download new ones, it is what makes the PC version so awesome - you can change anything and everything.

It (HH) may have its problems, but it is quite possible your PC just sucks. I'm looking forwardto HH because it always plays incredibly well, no matter how it looks. This year, it seems to up its visuals in a big way.

i just bought HH 2001 for 2 bucks......it is pretty good...with all the add-ons &amp; replacements.( i even have a roster set as recent as last NOV) I think thats the only appeal for me.

i just can't see how ANYONE would pick up the console version though

Seriously, if you guys aren't true baseball fans, don't buy High Heat. It's simply not made for the casual fan.
