The BIGS! GamesRadar 360 Review-not as nice

Read for yourself, some good, some not as much.

The scores so far have ranged from 6 to 8.5, quite a gap. The reviewers seem to really like it (e.g., 1 UP) or not (Radar). We'll see in the next few days if this trend holds.

It still sounds fun, especially if you can plan co-op with your friends. Rookie mode sounds fun too.

What is interesting about their review is they criticize the Power Blast (they call it Big Play) because, (paraphrasing) "HRs are so frequent in normal play that to hit one automatically with Big Play is almost redundant. I've yet to see the HR barrage, in fact as I stated on another thread the CPU and I have yet to hit a HR other than when activating Power Blast and I've played at least 15 five inning games. Also the Power Blast is not 100% automatic as I have stopped the CPU a couple of times and they have stopped me once. This could be due to me playing on MEDIUM level.

Love the arcade sports game, but didn't care for the Gamebreaker in EA BIG games, and didn't like NFL Street at all. We played a lot of multi player NBA Street but turned the Gamebreaker(or whatever it was called) off. I'd rather watch paint dry than play a regular single player baseball video game, so this one is very refreshing to me. As my skills improved I will look forward to taking this one online.
