Don't know about Cruz or Matsui/Contreras for that matter but in other games I have seen screens of Matsui so he will be in some games. It doesn't really matter if they aren't, if you have xbox live becauase of downloadable roster updates. -

Cruz appears to be in the FA pool but that could change before the release, as for the 2 yankee rooks I don't know but you could if you have to create them.
