i have heard many people say that High Heat has the best franchise mode....what makes the franchise mode better than the others when High Heat in the past has not even had a franchise mode??

Well, the PS2 version never had one but the PC version has had the best one for the past 3 years. It has a full minor league system (A,AA, AAA). All of the other games have now caught up but HH has done a great job with their franchise system since the beginning of the series. This year is the first year their franchise debuts on consoles. I believe most people are refering to the PC version. You are right, the PS and PS2 version didn't have a francise.
Personally, I liked HH francise because of the ablity to manage all three of your minor league rosters. The expanded roster was a nice touch also. I really like calling up my future AAA stars and seeing how they would perform in the big leagues. The rookie draft was great. Also, the player stats and attributes were incredible. You could compare every category imaginable for each player before you pulled the trigger on a trade. Player editor. Manage only mode. The list goes on and on.
WSB francise was pretty good. But not as deep as HH IMO.Comment

If you're talking about the PC mode. FYI, on the consoles, WSB is the most in depth. But High Heat is decent (with all it's crazy numbers of stat keeping) and a complete (but sadly, fake) minor league system.Comment
