    Appal Plays/Mound Visits on ASB

    Has anyone heard any deatails about the appealing a play and mound visits? I couldn't get the videos to work so i dont know anything about the appeal play and mound visits.

    Appeal plays are for check swings...you don't hit an appeal button or anything, it automatically appeals some check swings where the bat may have crossed the plate. You can use a mound visit (in which the coach goes out to talk to the pitcher) to give your guys in the bullpen more time to get loose.

            I seem to remember mound visits being introduced in HH2002. The patch removed them (but made the game playable for most, which is a good trade).

            I think 2002 was also the year that all the batters stopped looking exactly like each other.

            High Heat is truly a game ahead of its time. Or was.
