Downloading the files right now, joshuar. Can't wait to get them installed. I'm getting tired of those old menus!

I have an unrelated question for you (semi-related maybe).

I run HH2003 on Vista for a sim league (which is why I'm interested in the cool new menus). But I've noticed a problem with the font size of the rosters, lineups, and rotations being too large.



If you notice, the #8 hitter, Wise, is actually by the number 9. To see the #9 hitter, I'd have to scroll down.

Is there a setting somewhere in a file that I could edit to reduce those font sizes?

By the way -- just unpacked the file. I absolutely love it. I love the crisp, new pictures instead of the dull, dark menus.

Guys, i still have Sammy Sosa High Heat 2001 and High Heat 2002 for the PC.
Would you guide me to web sites that i can download rosters, patches and all the cool stuff. I remember people making stadiums and all back then. I'm hoping you would help me out. Also, do you know of any historic rosters for either version that i have.

funny you should ask that cause i just spent a week making a complete 1914 roster including the federal league. unfortunately for you i guess, its for 2k3. go to baseballsimcentral.com . they'll have everything you'll need.

Just to be clear, I had that problem before your menus. They have nothing to do with it.

Thought that you might know of some internal setting where I could adjust font size or something. Thanks anyway!

OK, i just tried installing High Heat 2001 on my laptop and i get a screen that lists specs of the game and what my system has, all said passed except where it says memory. The game calls for 32mb and i have 71.8 GB. I have a pretty new laptop. So, with this being the case, i did not go ahead with the installation. Would you guys know about this and/or a remedy.

hit ignore and continue installing the game.. even 2k4 says that when you install it. it like when it asks you to install directx 8 when we've all had 9x for years.

elguapo .. i wish i had a solution for you. go to baseballsimcentral and do a search in the hh2k3 subforum for font. i got 4 pages of topics, but most had to do with uniforms. good luck.

So if i ignore the failed memory and do the full install, you sure it won't screw up my laptop? I really don't want to handle any computer problems.

it wont screw your laptap. If anything at all it will not install. But its just the software doing a check of you system to see if you have whats required to run. In your case you already know you do. Youre golden.

Guys, the answer may be no but here is my question. I'm wanting historical roster for High Heat 2001, would it be possible to use a file that was made for HH 2002 in my HH 2001 game? Someone made a 1969 roster file and would love to use it.

If not, is there a way to make that file or convert it for 2001. I'm so desperate, i'll manually make the rosters myself if there's a way to view the teams attribute numbers in the 1969 zip file.
