Spoke to Baseball Guru over at SR and he said that no shorten franchise mode exists in ASB. Thus forcing you to play 162 games or sim the ones you don't play. Furthermore I asked about downloadable rosters on PS2 and recived no reply. These things hurt the game for me I'm not sure were to go now.

This isn't a big deal for me because i would rather sim a few of the 162 then play all of fewer games because the stats and records stay relavent. -

i agree, that it's not a game-buster for me. for as long as you can sim some or all games in a season, not having a shorten season is not as bad as you think...I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...Comment

Hi guys I am a regular at SR,and I read the updates Guru was kind enough to give us. The fact that you can't shorten a season is not bad news at all. I read complants about realisam in baseball games all the time. How real is a shortened season?Sim some games and move on,no big deal
