Its official!!... You can have 32 arrange teams in season mode

I finally got it unlock and you can use 32 arrange teams in season mode, you just replace the default teams with the new team and that's it.


Here's how you do it:

-Sim a season with a high calibur team (the best is the yankees since they jacked their stats up)

-Sim it until you win the world series (you wil have to save and load a little until to win it)

-Do all the offseason stuff and go to season 2

-Sim season 2 until you make the playoffs again

- After that a message will show up and tell you that arrange mode have been unlocked in the shop. Save and that's it.

Also, make sure you do the success mode technique to gain lots of points so you can buy it when it unlock.


Now I have a LOT of fixing to do with massive editing of stats.......wish me luck

I apologize if this has been addressed and/or answered already, but are you able to create players in arrange mode or is strictly just for trading/editing existing players?

It's such a pain going through success mode to get someone into the game.

if someone knows of a way to edit created players from success, creating players aren't that difficult.
just repeat the success mode cheat, and keep saving ur players.
right now, i have like 10+ copies of the same duplicate player. now if i can only edit them...

But, when you say 'replace' the default team with the arrange team, what do you mean. And, how do you do it?

Yeah I was wondering about that too. Doesn't look like it is possible though. I think I will probably just start my season with default rosters and enjoy the game as is.

I just won the World Series twice in a row with the Yankees and it didn't unlock this item in the shop. Did you happen to sim any other seasons prior to using the Yankees? Maybe you need to do it 3 times total or something.

Meaning you put the arrange teams in the place of the old team e.g. You put your arrange mets teams (with fixed stats and trades) in the place of the old default team.

This is only for season mode.......for exhibition mode, the arrange teams will be at the bottom to choose

I just won the World Series twice in a row with the Yankees and it didn't unlock this item in the shop. Did you happen to sim any other seasons prior to using the Yankees? Maybe you need to do it 3 times total or something.

I simmed with the yankees and won the world series and got 50,000 points. I then did all the offseason things manually (sign contracts, etc), played the spring training games (you can't skip it just fast game it), and simmed the next season until I got into the playoffs again and won the division series.

I stopped the simulation and got a message that it was unlocked.

This is for the Wii.

I simmed with Yankees, got the Screen that came up and said you did it, you got 50,000 P. But I'm still at the same points in the shop I was at before. I saved and everything and never got the points.

Okay, but the question is, how do you use the arrange teams mode now that it is unlocked in your franchise? Do you simply abandon the franchise you were playing and start a new one (10-year season mode) with the areange teams done to your liking?
How does that save to a memory card?

And for the pS2 which you are using, can you upload the save for us? Do you have a max drive? If you do, I am sure it is very easy to do. A TON of people would be very grateful I'm sure...please let us know...thanks

No, you get 50,000 point for the season mode shop to buy new equipment NOT the shop mode in the main menu.

You have to do the success mode trick to get points for the shop mode in the main menu.

I don't know about that......I know I had to play the spring training games (I think it was 4 games total) but I used the fast game at the pause menu to go fast.

After that I simmed the entire season again until I got to the playoffs again and I got the message.

Yeah, you have to start over if you want to use the arrange teams in season mode
The arrange teams are saved in the main save system so there is no different save file.

Sadly, I don't have a max drive to share though


So far I did most of the trades.........but I need to start creating some players in sucess mode. I already beat the mode already so it should be quite fast during the shortcut mode.

The problem will be to try to get the right abilities for the players.......its VERY hard to gain abilities to players in Success mode because of the different scenerios in it.
