    Maybe I am an idiot

but I am totally confused on how to set up season difficulty. I go into season and choos normal mode then MLB the go into options and I am lost. I was going to try the Comp setting on expert. with mine on semi auto for fielding and baserunning and manual for the rest.

Can somebody tell what needs to be changed and where to change it. I did notice that once I started a game and went into options, my options were different. For example I had hitting at normal but in the game is was lock 2

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

After you choose MLB......there should be 3 options

    1- Player registration
    2- Draft
    3- Option

Click on Option and you will see game setup.......look down where you see CPU baserunning, batting, pitching, etc. You can change the CPU from Novice to powerful there.

ONCE YOU LEAVE THIS MENU YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE CPU DIFFICULTY EVEN IN NORMAL!!!!

If you choose Rookie, everything will be set up to normal difficulty and can't be changed....if you choose normal you can choose the difficulty in the beginning....you CAN'T change the difficulty during the season.

That's why is important to know what level your good at and practice in exhibition mode to get a feel on what suit you best
