Nobody... and I mean nobody knows.

As far as I know, 2K8 will be the more beautiful looking game. Hopefully they can clean up some fielding, running, and transition animations meanwhile having a steady 60 FPS. But I really don't know where either game is going in terms of direction.

let's just hope we see MLB powerpros 08 next year.
though i figure it'll definately be in 3rd place in US sales, it'll still be an interesting race.

i wonder how much time 2k will put into PwrPro with 2k baseball 08 comeing out.

I don't say this often, but Blzer is correct here. I love the Show on the PS3, but who knows what happens next year. We'll see.

The Show is already there. It's awesome. 2k8 showed a lot of potential but potential doesn't always become realization.

I've considered buying a PS3 just to play the show on it. I currently play it on a PS2.

I've given up hope on 2k. Year after year they've never addressed the fact that hittin homeruns is way to easy.

2K7 looks great!, The Show plays great!, 2k should step up with their game play and The Show should enhance their visuals to next generation graphics.. bottom line 2008 should be a great year!

One thing for sure: 2009 will be a great year!

Just remember that Ben Brinkman and Tookla (2K Los Angeles, or 2KLA... cool nickname, eh?) are going for a three-year plan. Meanwhile, this gives The Show one more year. So, 2009 is a for-sure thing when it comes to great baseball games, and that's my only guarantee.

The Show doesn't need much improvement IMO. So,you'd think they'd be working on the graphics and enchaning the already fantastic presentation.
