Has anyone learned what the Convert Button does in Practice Mode and when does it unlock when playing in sesason mode. Mines is still blacked out so I just want to know if anyone that has unlocked it can tell me what it does.

all those option are unlock during spring training.
ONLY during spring training.
i just converted Pujols to RF. my SS to 2B.
now they both have A's on both positions.
Had a bunch of my pitchers get new pitches.
made one pitcher a submariner for fun.
also, converted few of my R-handed batters to switch hitters.
and btw, players gain a LOT of skill points during spring training. -

Has anyone else had this happen? I created a player on Success mode and after season 1 he asked for a crazy amount of points for re-signing, and he was even that good. His highest rating was C.
