It's in there. I can't remember but I found it by accident.

It's either in player stats or in player contracts.

Check anywhere that you get a spreadsheet column of your players and numbers/stats. There is a bar representing fatigue next to the player's name.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer

The best indicator for fatigue are the smiley faces

They are you condition stats........when one of your starting players have a purple face its time to sit him down for a game and put in your subs.

If your starting pitcher have a purple face at the start of the game he will get lit up since his fastball and break ball accuracies will drop.

Same goes for players..their contact and power will drop when they have purple faces are below

I thought a gray face was for fatigue...that's how it is for pitchers, anyway.

You can see the fatigue bar in the practice screen and in the player experience screen (I think it is this screen that shows you all their contract info) In the player practice screen, if you press the select button (On PS2) a white box with a blue bar shows up next to each players name. THe blue bar indicates how fatigued they are.
