MLB Power Pros - Wii or PS2?

I have both a PS3 and a Wii, both hooked up to my widescreen HDTV.

Having done some research on MLB Power Pros, I've read that the game does not support 480p and 16:9 on the Wii.

Seeing as how the PS3 is backwards compatible, and the fact that you can play PS2 games full screen, am I better off getting this game for the PS2 considering the TV that I have? Or is it better on the Wii?

Hm, I'd go Wii, just because motion control maybe fun. But, I dunno, that's a really tough choice

Honestly, I'd go PS2. The Wii's motion controls are only available in exhibition/homerun derby.

Plus, the PS3 will upscale the game for you, right?

Oh, the PS2 version is also $10 cheaper.

Best Buy has this game listed @ 19.99

What a STEAL. This would be the best 20 bucks anyone ever spent.

          The PS2 version doesn't support 480p or 16:9 either. What a bummer.

I have the PS2 version, though. My only hardware gripe is loading times. Don't know how they are on the Wii.

It really doesn't matter. The game is a huge steal at $20.

I ended up getting it for the PS2... played through my PS3. With the 60 GB's full screen backwards compatibility and upscaling, it looks awesome on my HDTV.

Best $20 I spent this year!

I just picked this up for the Wii and am slightly confused. Do you need a classic or gamecube controller for this game, or can it be played with the remote and nunchuk controllers?

It can be played with any of those three...but there aren't any motion controls unless you go into the home run derby or the Wii Mode.
