I choose to play that way.
I never control all the players if I have the option not to. Same in Madden etc.. I create a defensive player and that is the only person I control, while I coach the offense.
Well in ASBB you have that option also so that is what I do. I am the third baseman and that is it. The reason I do this, if I can, is the same in football. Example: If I have a great rb that has good vision/decision making skills then if I control him those areas wont matter because it will be me making the decisions not him. So why draft a QB with above average intelligence only to control him and nulify that attribute.?.?
Anyways I understand why people like to control all players but I choose not to if I can. Have done that for many many years(with friends and cousin....Front Page Series
