Always funny when someone doesn't like a game cause they suck at it.

What gets me is that none of you seem to get what i'm saying. If this problem with hitting was on the allstar or veteran levels i'd understand but on rookie?Give me a break. And remember that this is a video game and by nature video games are supposed to be fun not ridiculiously hard to the point of breaking your controller.Thats why theres different levels of difficulty.Something AckLame forgot about. And besides how can you even begin to say that this buggy piece of software is anywhere near the FUN of WSB or HH?Those games difficulty levels actually work.ASB is the SAME difficulty level will different sized cursors. So far two different websites and one mag agree with me on this.IGN was right on the money with their review. The game feels very disconnected.Push a button and the response is sometimes seconds later.Throw to second base sometimes goes home or to third and most of the time it doesnt matter because the ball is over thrown and you rack up yet another error.
HH is so much more realistic and FUN at the same time.If im being my usual wussy self as one of you said, then no problem,I just change some of the many sliders to adjust and i'm in business. You folks cannot POSSIBLY deny this.Come on,be real.As a matter of fact tell me what it is about ASB that is better than HH.
                    good luck. : )

                        Bat,
Please use some puntuation or spaces and paragraphs. Tough as hell to read.

I think you are right about the skill levels. I have seen very little indication that veteran is all the different from all-pro. The only thing is the cursor. I'm sure there's more that I'm missing but its what I see.

Like someone said here you will either love ASB or hate it...there is no one on the fence about this game. I think that says alot about the fans and the game, I'm just not sure it's all good.

I'm 49 years old and getting 8-12 hits per game on average.Playing on veteran level.Either my reflexes are still sharp for my age or someone has a serious hand-eye cordination problem

Please man, stop whining! Ok, I get that you don't like the game, but why do you have to make yourself sound better than those of us who like to play this game. I really think that it is the deepest baseball game on any console. I have played HH2004, and all I can say is good luck. The is pretty realistic, but wait until you are playing a franchise, and the cpu starts sending all of his top players down to the minors. For HH2004, on the field its realistic, off the field its terrible! But hey, as you said, to each his own, and I prefer ASB2004!
