First off, ASB is the greatest game that i have ever played up to this point, however something just happened to me and i am pissed off. I got on a mission last night to try and unlock all of the scenerios, well, they are a lot harder than i thought. I unlocked the whole bottom row except for the Piazza one, and i unlocked 2 in the 2nd row and 1 in the third row. Here is where I charge the mound, well charge my tv. I am playing the scenerio in the third row, it is one where i have to get a hit with bernie williams in the current at bat, his next at bat to break a record, and i still have to win the game without giving up a 1-0 lead from the 3rd inning. So i start off with bernie, I fail to get a hit the first 3 tries. on the 4th try single to center, im happy as hell so i play on and hold the 1-0 lead till the top of the sixth. I got a runner on second and here comes bernie im nervous now because ive been playing for a while and if i dont get a hit, i gotta start over. So bernie is up and I swing and miss then get 3 balls then foul 2 off. I was trying not to walk because i didnt know if that would cause me to fail the scenario or not so i was swinging at everything in the full count. So i have a 3-2 count, i swing, homerun, i do my little homerun dance, and then i play on. I hold on to the lead, except i gave up a homer in the 8th. so its 3-1 top of the 9th up comes bernie. the scenerio stated thst i had to get 2 hits with bernie and hold onto the lead, so im thinking that as long as i get 3 up 3 down in the bottom of the 9th ill win, so bernie comes up, first pitch, the pitcher beans me. ole bernie charges the mound and gets ejected scerio failed. WTF is up with that craqp? I take my shirt off throw the controller and charge the TV and throw a few wax ons and wax offs like daniel son, my wife ejects me from the living room and i just had to vent in the forums. I got a 4 hour suspension and a 100 dollar fine for my act against the TV. Anyone else ever have a problem like this with ASB??? sorry i didnt use correct punctuation and im sure some things are misspelled.

Pretty funny story. I've gotten mad at a game before. Not that mad, but that does sound like something alot of us around here might do. -

Damn that's funny. Funny as hell actually. I can see how you would get pissed, but would you rather the game do a calculation to determine that because you were in a scenario, and needed one more hit with the guy at bat, it should disable the possibility of hitting the guy with a pitch? I wouldn't. As long as it doesn't do this to you alot, this kind of stuff is ok with me.

Wow! That is pretty funny, but i would be pissed as hell too. Of all the bad luck things that could happen to you. I think that players charge the mound just a wee bit too much in this game.Comment

on the one where you have to get a HR w/Griffey and win the game as the reds i got beaned on the first pitch and Griffey got injured, gone for 3 weeks.Comment
