    Show PS2 and PS3 differences

I just played The Show '08 on a PS2, and I immediately fell in love. I had never touched the serious, being an avid MVP '05 fan. But, I think The Show has the most realistic, fun feeling of Major League Baseball ever.

I really am afraid of spending all my money on a PS3 just to get this game. Can someone tell me what the main differences are between the PS2 and PS3 versions? Thanks!

They seem very similar except graphics.. and there is a huge difference in that category.

This is one reason why I believe that even The Show isn't where it should be when it comes to next-gen gaming. I mean, it's definitely above and beyond in the current-gen department, but as great as the PS3 version is, if graphics and commentary are the only things that are separating it from the PS2 version, then it's merely just like every other next-gen sports port (only much better than the other ones).
