My honest opinions MVP vs. ASB vs WSB

I have owned all 3 games this year. Currently I own wsb and mvp.

Graphics-WSB only due to 720p and widescreen support.Stadiums are awesome .No player scaling is a minus, and what is with all the same faces? I played the pirates and like 5 guys had the same face!. MVP is nice stadiums are sweet no hdtvsupport stinks. ASB has nice graphics.Again no hdtv support is weak, but overall not a bad package.

Animations-MVP very nice double plays and running catches. Ball physics are very good. guys actually throw the ball on a line. WSB-Good but I don't like how the ball seems to float around when you hit it and when you throw the thing it just seems to be a little floaty. ASB has excellent animations and ball physics.Probably the best of the three.

Gameplay-I prefer mvp.Wsb is good at almost everything. Mvp just seems more fun. ASB used to get tedious to play.Mvp does the pitcher-batter like no other. Very sweet.Wsb again the ball physics seem off, the pitches are a little floaty and so are the throws. Asb has good it's good and bads. Hitting is far to toughand the button respone is a little off . Audio is MVP by far. Crowds are sick,chanting,booing etc.. Wsb is a close second. A little more crowd noise would have been good. ASB not so hot. Just some crappy generated noises.

WSB has the deepest franchise mode. Mvp has some cool features in franchise like momentum meters importance ratings etc.. ASB is as deep as you can get as well. Cant go wrong with any of them in this category.

Overall I would have to say I enjoy playing MVP the most. WSB is ok, but it just doesn't get you into the game like MVP.

The perfect combo would be Mvp's player graphics with Wsb's Stadiums. Mvp's pitcher-batter mode. Mvp's or ASB's ball physics. WSB Franchise mode. Definitly WSB'S crowds with MVP's atmosphere. I would take ASB's fielding with WSB's animations for DP's etc..
Overall
Mvp-4*- Just plain fun to go 9 innings and then want to go another 9.
Wsb -3.5*- Not bad. Behind catcher cam could be a little closer for my tastes. would like to see more line drive hits and throws. seems to be a little floaty. But still not a bad game to play. Just not as fun as MVP.
ASB-3*- Loved it at first then it got to be a pain in the *ss to hit and finish 9 innings. A little slow for my tastes but a pretty good game of baseball if you have 1 hour to play a game. If they could somehow change the hitting a little or slow down the pitches it would be a great game. Also please support at least 480p hdtv next season!
