ANYONE REMEMBER OR USE TO PLAY THE CARD GAME; MLB SHOWDOWN?

I remember MLB Showdown. I wasn't an avid collector, but my friend had a few and he would play. I remember him always seeing these great players online for like $20 a pop, and I would just be like, "Dude, are you serious? We can just print them... no harm, no foul." I guess there's just that feeling of authenticity, but twenty bucks for Bonds, eh? Hmm.

But at this time it was about 2003. I collected regular baseball cards at this time, was still an avid gamer, played fantasy baseball, wiffle ball in the backyard... hell, I even played Backyard Baseball. Didn't have much time for Showdown.

I used to love that game, I had some awesome cards. I still have them laying around in my room somewhere.
