High Heat Question

Was thinking about picking up High Heat for the PC strictly for manage only mode. Which version of the game would you recommend and what are your thoughts on this game, particularly its manage only mode? Thanks.

i don't personally use manage only but i think 2003 was the last yr. that had it, i know its not in 2004.
