Are you sure about the rain in WSB? I thought they said there was no weather changes in the game.

Kredit, you posted the following on the HH forum a while back:

"^ For the reasons listed above, I purchased this game.
I'm hooked to it already, starting a franchise with Detroit, my hometown team.
The game is so realistic, sure, the graphics are surpassed by WSB and MVP, but the gameplay pulls it to the next level. It is so much like real baseball, it is crazy..

That was before I realized how truly boring the game was. Without good graphics, the game didn't have enough in the franchise mode to keep me hooked. There wasn't much long-term replay value in HH.

You having fun quoting me on every first impression I had about the game? I made those statements probably a week (max) after I had purchased the game. After awhile of playing HH, my opinions have changed.

The game is just NO FUN to play! It may not be the same every game, but there is not much excitement in the game, and the franchise mode is very boring, with not enough features/options.

With this said, I'd say go with World Series Baseball.

I was a HH fan since the '99 version. I still play 2k2 version on the PC for the internet play (if I can ever find someone on). However, this years version just didn't cut it for me. Granted, the gameplay is still solid. Its just the lack of atmosphere, and broken franchise mode which killed me. Hopefully, the PC version will fix the franchise issue, but I'm not holding my breath. Now, for WSB2k3, this game really "has" me. The gameplay is excellent, the graphics are excellent (I have the PS2 version), the animations are lifelike and the franchise mode is in depth. Wrap that around the ESPN liscence and I have a game that I feel will entertain me for a long while. Now if only the Dbacks did as well in real life as they do in my franchise......
