OOTP Player League Now Forming! (Check this out!)
Do you love baseball? Is the anticipation for The Show 09 getting to you? The United States Players Alliance is now open! The USPA is a OOTP 9 players league. You do not need to own the game to be in this league, unless you wish to apply for a GM position.
Basically, you create 2 players - 1 batter and 1 pitcher. You supply me with the basic information for the player (name, height, weight, position, etc.) and I randomly create the player for you.
The fun part of being in a players league is the fact that you get to role play the player any way you see fit. You can also upgrade your player through attending live sims, creating a player website, writing articles, etc. If you browse the league forum, you'll see the various ways that you can improve your player. The more active you are, the better your player will be!
