I like your team, but I wouldn't have Tavares or Guillen on my team. Tavares offers fantasy owners basically nothing, other than steals. So, if this is a head-to-head league, I wouldn't have him on my team. Is this a 12 team public league? What is the format (head-to-head or another type)?

I used to always draft Jimenez, but I quit because he's way too wild. Are Chris Volstad, Rick Porcello, Jordan Zimmerman, Kevin Slowey, Jason Motte, Brett Anderson or Trevor Cahill available? If they are, you might want to consider going with one of them over Jimenez.

Also, if Ryan Spilborghs, Fred Lewis and Jeremy Hermida are available, you might want to consider picking one of them up and dropping Guillen. I would go with Spilborghs or Hermida.
