It depends on what you consider aggressive. I noticed that when they got a fast runner on second and they hit and run (which is in and of itself, aggressive) and the guy hits a shot into the gap and I cut it off and throw it to second with intent of cutting it off, but my cut-off is positioned between 3rd and 2nd and the ball goes directly to 2nd, I notice the runner on third heads home EVERY time! I also notice the comp tries to steal third all the time. Hell I never try to steal third.

I don't think you can HONESTLY expect the CPU to factor in the score, the OF's throwing strength, the IF's catching ability, and all of that... I'll admit it has flaws, but hey, it's 100X better than last year's High Heat, when the CPU runners will only go if they had a 100% chance of advancing successfully. Sometimes they'd be 3/4 of the way to the base, then turn around and head back if the ball is beating them to the base sometimes.

I agree that there are times when the CPU is appropriately aggresive.

In the end, this is the best ball game IMO.

However, I still hope they make the CPU more aggresive with a man on second and a single to the outfield. Advancing on some infield hits to the other side would also be nice.

To me though...these are not major problems.

This game owns... small problems, but nothing that really takes away from it IMO.

I honestly think you have outplayed the game. aka, you've played it too much.

I'm just assuming that, but I've had the game since April 1st and am not even on the hardest difficulty yet.

I got that way with nba2k3. It became too easy, too fast.

But If I play it frequently and not 4 hours a day, i'm fine.

I, too, have played both. WSB is very pretty. HH gets blasted because of the graphics, but the PC version is very pretty with the mods. The thing that others don't seem to get that HH players do is that in real baseball, the thrust of the game is the batter pitcher duel. When it comes to this, no game is better than HH. As for baserunning, HH is the only game where you can throw out the CPU's runner advancing on a base. With all other games, advancing is pretty much automatic. That's not real. The CPU dosn't make mistakes. In HH, baserunners make mistakes, like in real life. I own both games and love both. But, HH just keeps me coming back because it's so real.
