Anyone seen or heard anyone doing translations for this game? I am loving it so far, but need alot of help with settings and menus. And I don't want to even attempt a season without knowing some of these things first.

Go to japanesebaseball.com you can find the faq for PYS 5, the games settings are pretty much identical. The menus are different, but once you find the settings they are the same as PYS 5. -
