    ASB- GM for all teams

Hey, for you guys who GM all teams and attempt to mimic the current baseball rosters, how does that work if your franchise gets ahead of the 'actual schedule' and you pass the trading deadline, then a blockbuster trade is made in real life on say "July 25th" but you're already into August.
Is that something you just have to deal with, or can you override the trading deadline when GMing all teams?
    thanks in advance.
