How hard is to get acclimated to doing a full 30-user league? I've never done an online league and have only done my own simulations in the game.

Not hard at all. In my opinion if you havent played an OOTP online league then you haven't gotten your money's worth out of the game. If your use to playing a solo league there isnt a whole lot more to learn. We would gladly help you out. Basically all there is to it is hitting an "export" to FTP button to submit lineups,rotations, demotions/promotions. As for trading you basically communicate with other GMs via AIM instant messenger, E-mail, or the league message board.

First off I would like to say that our league has as good and as active GMs as you could get to begin a league. However, we have a few (2 GMs) that I have not heard back from along with another GM who dropped because he didnt realize it was a draft league.
