HD Videos: set your youtube player to 720P for best quality. There's a little option on the bottom of the video player, its set to 360P by default which is only best if you have a slow internet connection.

1. PYS INTRODUCTION: This one is basically an introduction for people who have not played the game. I added some slow motion replay to emphasize the physics engine. This one will not show properly on mobile devices or a laggy youtube, so it's recommended you watch this one with a good connection.

5. I promised a video for 2010 players so here you go - but it's also made for 2011 version too. It's brief and is meant to be a companion to the Pennant / Awakening & Player Progression page. When I first started playing this game I didn't know anything about the Japanese players and wondered who are my future stars that need training and experience? This video answers that question...

Several people have asked in the past "Is this game easy to beat?" In this video I go up against Sato of the Swallows and try to hit his fastball. Then halfway through the video you'll see his other pitches mixed in.

Manager Mode translations are complete! Here's the link to the introduction video. If anything doesn't make sense no worries we also put up a full tutorial on our site (just look on the left side of the home page for the "Manager Mode" section.)

And good news for 2010 users, from what I can tell 'Manager Mode' works the same as 2011 so the video & tutorials will all apply. And no need to be intimidated by all the info, Manager Mode is very simple, fun and easy to play so enjoy!

You forgot to mention Manager Mode is addicting too......In PYS 6 I played over 2500 Manager Mode games online and for PYS 2010 also, (props to Testa989 for helping me learn how to play it).

This year I'm eager to start online play because they have combined the servers....so no longer do we have to log off action mode to play manager mode......now just can back up to main menu and switch modes as you like........I have to say this is my favorite addition to the game cause I play online all the time...

I understand that in online mode you can choose 2 created player to be placed on your team? Is there a walk through showing how to create players and how to add them to your team when playing online?

ps is this a popular thing online or is it disabled in most games?

I created players in spirit mode.....you have to play a series of games to create them.....once complete they save on your FA list.....when you play online and before you set a game in a room there is an option for you to remove a player from the selected teams roster and be replaced by a created player......then select to allow created players.....

That said, I stop using created player in games unless I oohed and agreed to with a friend.....because some players would create god like players that pitched like Roger Clemens and hit like Barry bonds ......the juiced up version of each.....and it took the fun factor away from the experience......it felt as if they were cheating......not saying they were.....just felt like it.

So instead I just play regular roster matches ranked or not.....and manager mode, when it comes to online play.

PS- created players are only allowed in non-ranked action games....

Other than that, we replaced & updated several images from 2010 that no longer apply to 2011, and are now working on updating the text in certain spots. None of this effects our 2010 website, everything there stays the same.

And thanks kindly to those who have donated this year, you all have been very generous and am glad to hear everyone is enjoying the game. There's much more to come, I have tons of videos & images sitting on my cumputer - just waiting for me to get the time to put it all together.

1. It was brought to my attention that two trajectories were missing. The work was done but apparently I didn't update the server. The page is now complete & final with "Arc" and "High" trajectories added...

Again these are max settings, you can adjust to make hitting easy if you want. This is an HD video so set your youtube player to 720P HD.
