Wait, just found out, you can use created teams in season mode (IE Arrange Mode MLBPP08)!

But how do you edit players???

King of queens:

Go to "create a team," choose the Mets, and you can edit all the players on the team.

Feel free to change anything about the players including their name, number, and player tendencies.

You can use created teams in season mode!

Right now you can only trade players from other teams, or change the uniform number. You cannot change their names or attributes from what I can see.

I think it has to do with EDIT PLAYER being locked.

If you found a way, let us know, so I can get at some of these rosters.

From what I see, you can only switch current players from other teams, or uniform number.

I knew you could trade players and change uniform numbers, but someone said we could change tendencies and names... Where did they get that from??

No problem. I went in the game and just tried some stuff again, but create a team right now only let's you trade players from current teams, or uniform numbers. Unless I am missing something. Most likely has to do with that EDIT PLAYER being locked. Hopefully they hit us with some DLC Tues or Weds for the ALL Star Game and gives us Home Run Derby and that.

What days does DLC or New arcade stuff come out for the 360? I thought it was only Tues, but PP came out on Weds.

I think deals of the week and updates such as map packs are Tuesdays and new arcade releases are Wednesdays.

Yeah my bad, looks like they have not unlocked the edit player feature yet, so you can only trade players and edit uniform numbers right now in create a team.

It says "bobblehead battle bonus" next to the edit player feature. Hmmm. Wonder what that means?

I have yet to find out what "Bobblehead Battle Bonus" means. Probably in the next pack of content.

It looks like they will try to get us to pay for 2 more DLC packs in order to get the full game. Which they are calling 3 games. I got this from the Konami site.

The first of three games to be released is MLB® Bobblehead Pros which is available today; MLB ® Bobblehead Stars will be a DLC pack available around the All-Star Game also known as the "Midsummer Classic," in mid-July. The third game, MLB® Bobblehead Battle will feature a batting battle that will be out later this year.

Wow, that sucks. The full game (with Home Run Derby, My Bobble, and Edit Player) will be later this year..
I'll probably just play MLBPP2008 until the full game comes out.

To be fair, they still gave us a ton of game for $10. The gameplay is great and season mode has a ton of depth.

I haven't been able to try the online play yet. It takes forever to find a game and I don't have the patience to wait out the "searching for game" screen.

My scores are becoming a lot more realistic now that I've gotten the hang of manual fielding. My staff ERA if finally under 10 now! Sitting at 9.38 team ERA after my third victory of the season.

Next closest in the league are the Indians at 6.49 ERA.
