PLEASE HELP! (Disc Read Error for High Heat on PS2)

Hey guys. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what to do. I just tried to pop in my High Heat 2004 to play today, and suddenly, it WILL NOT read at all. I tried for a while, and it still wouldn't. You guys have any suggestions or ways to fix this? Thanks in advance.

My game recently started freezing while the game was loading. This was the first major problem after playing over 200 games since March.
I wound up getting the disc resurfaced for $3.00 at the local trading games store. It is working fine.
Maybe that would help you ?

I had that problem too.

I started putting the PS2 in the vertical position and I never had that problem again.

You've probably already tried that so I don't know what else to tell you.

I had the same problem with the PS2 version its the lens when it starts to ware out it has a hard time reading the blue back cds which i think HH is. But it will read clear back cds(dvd) just fine.You can try and clean the lens and use some compressed air to blow out any dust in the system.I was able at times to get HH to work by turning if over and trying it again and again hope this helps

you can always do what i do clean the discs with toothpaste, they usually work great afterwards
