What's funner? Career Vs. Franchise

I'm having a hard time deciding which one I want to keep playing. And I really don't notice a difference in either of the modes. Except that in Career there is no budget points and in Franchise none of the big name free-agents get signed at the end of the season.

What do you all think is the funnest mode to play in? And has any done a fantasy draft yet?
