there is one thing that is left out of every sports game (except ncaa 2004)...and that is crowd responses
it is a huge part of sports.....its what makes postseaon baseball so exciting...having the crownd screaming as its a 3-2 count....bottom of the 9th.....game 7 of the world series...
i mean did you hear how loud it was at yankee stadium after boone's walkoff home run?
in asb 2004...i was in game 7 of the world series at home...and i hit a game winning double with a man on first who just beat the throw home....and i could hear a pin drop!
and the thom brennerman just goes "and the yankees win'.."what an exciting game"....and steve lyons goes "your telling me thom"...and thats it
wheres the sxcitiment...
thats my only gripe.....other than that it was a great game and i look forward to next years game
