First off, great game this last year , other than the following:
I would like to see all of the franchise bugs fixed from last year's version.
Franchise trade roster bugs (major nusiance, to say the least), team stats listing bugs, etc... look over last year's bug listings and fix them please... as well as the lack of A.I. controlled players home runs. Please don't make it a total home run derby game like some other games do, but after 70-some games in Manage only mode, my managed players only had 9 home runs, and my pitchers had given up 14. This really needs to be fixed. Also, why is it that a stolen base by an A.I. controlled player is so hard to do... in that if a pitcher throws a fastball, or a much slower knuckleball, that the ball speed doesn't seem to matter in the A.I. players trying to steal a base?

Other than some of these types of problems, last years game was a great sim-play game.
Looking forward to next year's version , but, if these bugs and play issues are not fixed I won't be.

- Minor league stats. It's pretty annoying that you can't follow your prospects, IMO.

- Easier to K batters. The most I ever got in a game was like 6, and that was with Chuck Finley. It seems hard to get a K with someone like Wood or Prior.

- More realistic pitching counts. I would have complete games with a pitch count of around 70.

- Pitchers throw harder. I would rarley have a guy like Mike Mussina hit 90 MPH. His fastball would average out at 86, in reality, it's usually 91-92.

- Give pitchers more stamina. Guys would get tired by throwing 55 pitchers, and I'm not talking about a closer, I'm talking about starters.

- Improve crowd graphics. I'm sick of the crowd clapping for the whole game. That's the only thing they do!

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of right now.

Fix the vaccum fielding and collision detection. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to actually see the ball going into a glove instead of warping into one.

Give me a seperate button for jumping and diving!

What's wrong with the collision detection? Besides the fact that Jacobs Field's scoreboard has not collision detection.

I know these changes could not be in this years game but, how but next years game?

(1). Lets have some eye candy! ESPN has the best candy than ASB or MVP combine. Meaning, that the colors throughout this game are sharp and crisp. Whereas, the other two games, the colors in their games are so flat looking.

(2). How about this one! Instead of having Tom and Steve do the play by play. Have another team of two as well. This hasn"t been done any game so far. This way having maybe another team doing the call of the game, they could alternate and what I think, that this game would even be even more exciting then before. Instead of hearing them both with every game you play. They are good but, just think of it!

(3). When your team hits a homerun, have players on deck and in the dugout waiting to congratulate him. Ive notice sometimes the man in the on deck circle, justs keep swinging his bat in his hand and not even looking thrilled that his teammate got a good hit.


These are just a few I would consider adding to next years game. I know by having another broadcast team added, people will say it cost to much to even consider. But the way I look at is, that I personally feel that SEGA, EASPORTS and ACCLAIM, could afford this. If it would take ASB to this, and they might have to get rid of something, than get rid of those stupid and silly mascots jumping up and down on top of the dugouts.
I myself alone, would pay an extra $10 for this game, if they could atleast put these three items that I have mentioned in next years ASB. This years game alone so far has sold me especially the FIELDERS CAM. It looks more and more realistic by far than the other two games (MVP or ESPN).
