Behind the pitcher cam!!

I'm really excited about this year's crop of baseball games. ASB 2005 should be great!

Digging the behind the pitcher cam.

Last year OXM said that Jeter looked better in World Series than he looked in his own game (ASB). Let's see if they make a ridiculous statement like that again this year.

Of course, OXM also said you couldn't bunt in ASB and that balls never bounced off the mound and changed course... both of which were wrong. So I came to doubt how much they actually played it.

Wow those are some great shots. If Acclaim dumps the crouch I may buy this.

I believe asb_man talked about this earlier, they weren't able to get it out entirely, but if it occurs it should be really rare.

-The crowd is doing different things this year. Not all just clapping. Now they just need the dude on the cell phone.

-The batting stances and pitching motions - which are one of this series strong suits - look a lot better from the behind the pitcher view.

-The new fielding cameras really show off the stadiums well.

-Wish the crowd wasn't still flat... but it's still the best of any baseball game.

I'm really liking the pitcher cam I WANT THIS GAME NOW!

I notice also that while this game didn't really need any polishing they've smoothed out some things and I like the new graphical overlays. If the rest of the game is as good as the screens portray it to be then i'll be one pleased son of a gun.
