How do you get gold in the scenarios in asb 2004

I just bought this game and I was wondering how you get gold in the scenarios, and does anyone have a list of all the scenarios you have to do.

complete it once- bronze
complete it twice- silver
complete it three times- gold
complete it four times- you have way too much time on your hands
