Finished first season in ASB expansion

Columbus Fury: 143-19 World Series Champions.
My Team proves that all you need is solid pitching in ASB.

      LOL...me neither.

And that final record kind of proves that there is something wrong with the game....

You won that many games???!!! MAN!! Thats incredible. Did you play every game? I am playing my franchise on WSB and I am 56-39 right now with the Cardinals and I play every game. Congrats though if you did play every game.

Heel, I agree. I actually get bored if I don't lose on occasion -- especially when I'm playing as a team like the Pirates. I don't want to win 100+ games in my first season!

Did you max out the difficulty settings?

Take it off rookie mode, turn off your pitch indicators, and try again.

Yes, I did. I only made it about halfway through the season when NCAA came out. Jimmy Anderson (of all people) was leading my team with a 1.76 ERA.

It was on all star with strike zone and pitching aid turned off. I did play every game. I liked it a lot when I started 1-3 I though it would be realistic. Then I won 41 in a row.

I really do beleive him on this...my friend makes a team of all of our friends on it and makes them like normal players and sets up their strengths and weaknessed realistically.

So he started an Expansion and started out like 23-17 and then cranked it up in All-Star and he lost a couple then he has won like 37 in a row and is killing it. He said he cranked it up on All-Star when he won 3 in a row to go 23-17 and turned off the pitch indicator and strike zone and says he does a better job of hitting now than he had ever. I think his record is something like 52-19. Its insane!!

I won like 21 in a row on WSB and I was about to quit until I started getting beat again. I was losing almost all of my series either 2-1 or getting swept. I was luckily keeping the scores low so my pitching wasn't suffering...it was my batting. Now I am starting to level out again and win some and lose some and my hitting has started up again and seems to be producing some pretty reaslistic stats....check my post toward the top.
