    some props to the ASB team...

    1. Added homerun cam options so we get to choose the view.
    2. Stats engine is pretty accurate.
    3. Season stats get added into career totals.
    4. Added widescreen? 480p?
    5. First to have many future stadiums.
    6. The team was in here answering questions and we got screens and movies early on.
    7. Collision detection rules!
    8. Seem to listen and try to improve every year. Not just a roster update.

    Big props to MVP too...they look like they took some of their billions in profits and threw some bones into making MVP a decent game. The statistics/gameplay are still a ?, but the batting physics and animations look awesome.

      Widescreen has been confirmed and will not be in widescreen.

      I'll hold off the props to any developer until after I've spent some time with the games.

                              Of course the game isnt going to be perfect, but the point is that they arent just shrink wrapping a roster update every year. They are trying new stuff (fielder cam) and making small improvements.

                                                      THis and MVP look the best to be. I do gotta say, and this is obviously complete opinion, but it just seems like the ASB guys are REAL baseball fans. Like they respect the tradition and authenticity of the game. I dunno, it's just a vibe I've gotten from this series. I really appreciate the job they do though. Cheers!
