Just curious if anyone is going to try this. It sounds kind of cool for easy batting, but I am not sure I can make both of my thumbs work together like that for cursor or zone hitting

I'll definitely try it.
The first hitting interface I ever used was the "zone" system - back in Hardball on the C64. I've tried all the interfaces since.
...funny how people think High Heat invented that hitting interface 10 years after Hardball.

Yeah, Zone is my favorite too, and remember that Earl Weaver BB used zone hitting too. You just used the number pad as the zone :P
But dang, trying to move my left had to the right zone and making my right hand fling the analog stick. I can see bruises popping up on my forehead already LOLComment

I'm a button masher but if there's no way for me to use the buttons then yeah...analog sticks here we come. I just hope I don't have problems with my controller's analog sticks not centering properly. I'm a button masher but if there's no way for me to use the buttons then yeah...analog sticks here we come. I just hope I don't have problems with my controller's analog sticks not centering properly. I'm looking forward to giving it a try. I like to play on Easy Batting, highest pitch speed/diffulty settings, so the analog swing should be a pretty cool addition. I'm glad you mentioned it, because I forgot that they even added that this year.

Zone hitting is good if its done right(HighHeat)Last years zone hitting for ASB just didn't feel right so hopefully its fixed for this yearComment
